Suddenly Sunday is hosted by Svea at Confessions and Ramblings of a Muse in the Fog.
Good Morning everyone! It sure has been a long time since I decided to do one of these posts. Usually I am all tied up in getting my posts written for the week - but I have been pretty proactive this last week.
First of all, I want to let you know that December and January are going to be pretty busy months here at The Maiden's Court. I have several reviews lined up for December including: A Royal Likeness by Christine Trent, Impatient with Desire by Gabrielle Burton, Queen Hereafter by Susan Fraser King, and a review of the movie Agora. I also have two giveaways going on this month as well as other random content. Although I don't have January exactly planned out yet, I do know that there will likely be reviews of Sacred Hearts by Sarah Dunant, Queen of Last Hopes by Susan Higginbotham, and a review of an episode of American Experience Robert E. Lee. I also am working on putting together a YA Historical Fiction week for January (if you have any suggestions or are a YA author who would like to participate please let me know!). Also I have two huge giveaways planned for January. So it is safe to say it will be busy around here, so stay tuned!
Now the big news of the day - today kicks off the next event from the Historical Fiction Blogger Round Table. This week we will be featuring Christine Trent and A Royal Likeness both at the official HFBRT blog and at the following blogs: Historical-Fiction.com, Historically Obsessed, Hist-Fic Chick, and here. Be sure to check out the calendar of events throughout the week to see what is going on. There will be a giveaway for the book on this blog starting tomorrow (also at all of the other blogs throughout the week)- so get your entries in!
Alright everyone - hope you have a wonderful Sunday and that you can drop by for some of the events this week!
