Mailbox Monday #78

After a dry spell for my mailbox the previous week, this week I received 2 books - one for a giveaway win and another for review.

The Blighted Troth by Mirella Sichirollo Patzer - I won this at Unabridged Chick - and have been looking forward to reading it because of the setting.  I have never read anything set in New France!  Thanks to the author and Audra for holding the giveaway!

The Daughters of the Witching Hill by Mary Sharratt - I received this for review from the author - can't wait to get into this book, I have heard many good things about it and I loved reading about the Salem witch trials so it should be interesting to read about these witches.

What came in your mailbox?

Mailbox Monday was created by Marcia at The Printed Page.  It is now on a monthly blog tour and for the month of July it is being hosted by Gwendolyn B at A Sea of Books.

  6. I'm hoarding THE DAUGHTERS OF WITCHING HILL for the perfect winter weekend. Seems too far away in this heat, though! Looking forward to reading your thoughts on it.
