I've read The American Heiress by Daisy Goodwin, a very good book. I actually lived in Newport, RI and it is so beautiful there! You can do the cliffwalk by all those amazing mansions plus we toured The Breakers--after seeing that the way you picture these homes changes (the size and riches blew my mind).
ReplyDeleteI read The American Heiress too and really enjoyed it - I was hoping that more of it would have been set in Newport though. We haven't had the chance to do the cliffwalk yet, but have it on my to do list the next time I go.
